  1. As claimed by Stanford Medical, It is in fact the SINGLE reason women in this country live 10 years more and weigh an average of 42 pounds less than we do.

    (By the way, it really has NOTHING to do with genetics or some secret-exercise and really, EVERYTHING to around "how" they are eating.)
